Partner App
Provide UX and UI enhancements to the Partner App so that all selling floor Partners with access to a mobile device are able to serve customers and perform routine daily tasks more quickly, efficiently and knowledgeably wherever they are in the shop
Key goals of designs are to assist in increase in sales, drive Partner productivity, improve Partner moral and happiness and allow customers to have positive experiences in branch
Produce high quality iOS designs, incorporating UI styles from in house design system and creating new components to the UI library

Partner App Rebrand
Implement the new brand guidelines and tone of voice perfectly into the Partner app. Collaborating with the branding and design teams to share new features, components and patterns to create a consistent digital experience for John Lewis customers.










Checkout
Research and understand the existing John Lewis checkout to gather information and data around performance. Resulting in be able to make considered UX recommendations to enhance the existing journey.
Lead the design for customer Login, Delivery and all MVT projects
Produce high quality UI through all stages of checkout - ensuring designs are consistent, on brand and meet assessibility requirements
Working in an agile team and closely with onshore and offshore developers to ensure that the product is delivered to a high standard

Understand the current journey
Mapping out the existing experience to understand the journey. Then reviewing the performance, current analytics and the customer pain points, enabled UX recommendations and improvements for the checkout journey to be tested and implemented.
